Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Spanishscale Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use spanishscale.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement shows how we approach it. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as we can. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a common standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
We aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read, with strong color contrast
- Let people use the whole site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label form fields clearly
Known Gaps
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you still have options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@spanishscale.garden and we will do our part to help.
Send Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@spanishscale.garden and tell us:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keeping at It
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
